Main advantages
Used materials
Lamination, i.e. welding the fabric to the TPU film, eliminates the possibility of uneven and therefore insufficient application of the TPU layer as is the case with the coating. This ensures the reliability of the mattress and its long-lasting durability.
Detailed Description
Wave L
Wave mats are made up of two separate air chambers, lower and upper. Thanks to this, the pressure in the individual chambers can be regulated separately.
A common argument against purely inflatable mats is that when they deflate, the user is sleeping on the ground. Thanks to two separate chambers, this danger is greatly reduced, because if one chamber is punctured, the other will save you.
The division of the mat into two layers also makes a significant contribution to increasing thermal insulation and thus user comfort in colder weather.
The mat is supplied with an inflatable bag, which reduces the amount of "fluffy" moisture into the mat to a minimum. The bag is equipped with two valves, so that both chambers of the mat can be inflated at the same time. You connect the valves of the bag to the valves of the mat, "take" air into the bag, close it by rolling it up and then pressing it to move the air into the mat. In this way, the mat can be comfortably inflated to at least 80% of its volume.
To achieve the optimal final pressure, we recommend holding the valves or blowing through your mouth due to the increased pressure inside the mat.
The inflatable bag can also be used as a Drybag and is compatible with all Pinguin mattresses equipped with a DLF - flat double-layer valve.

DLF - Dual layer flat valve
Flat two-layer valve with check valve for easier inflation/deflation and pressure regulation in the mattress.
After opening the top layer of the valve, the mat can be easily inflated thanks to the non-return flap without loss of pressure. By pushing the flap, the pressure in the mattress can be gently regulated. After opening the second layer, the valve is fully open and the mat can be easily deflated.
