Extended warranty
Warranty
Note that we apply the czech legislation as the Chech republic is our country of origin.
PINGUIN products are covered by the legal warranty of 24 months (according to § 620 of the Civil Code). The warranty period of each goods begins to run at the moment when the buyer takes over the item from the seller (§ 621 of the Civil Code - Act No. 40/1964 Coll., As amended).
The warranty does not apply to wear and tear caused by its normal use (§ 619 CC). This means that the seller provides a two-year warranty only against defects. The defect of the product cannot be confused with its service life. It is not possible to claim a fault caused by your own fault, eg mechanical damage.
